We kick off this list with the kid’s air hockey table by Best Choice Products. It sports an attractive design that is rather minimal. Many of the other tables we looked at were covered in graphics, so we can certainly appreciate a rare, more professional look.
This model measures 40” x 20” x 8.5” and weighs just 19 lbs, making it a very typical mini air hockey table in these categories. It also comes with 2 pucks and 2 pushers as you would expect.
To fuel the games, a strong 100V motor ejects 40 PSI of air pressure which is plenty for a small table. And don’t worry about running out of juice. The Best Choice Products mini air hockey table runs exclusively on mains power, so you’ll never be scrambling for batteries.
In our opinion, this is the best mini air hockey table on the market right now. It runs beautifully, is built well, and is sold by a reputable seller. No wonder it’s the best-selling table!

With a play surface of 22” x 12.5” it’s small by mini air hockey table standards — it’s almost half the size of most models! As a result, the Mainstreet Classics table is very lightweight at just 5 lbs. This means it’s a level above the rest regarding portability and storage.
However, its small size does negatively impact the air hockey experience. The playfield is simply very small, and so are the accessories. So while it’s one of the best air hockey tables for kids, we don’t recommend this one for adults. You’re better off choosing another model.
Besides the incredible portability and storage of the Mainstreet Classics air hockey table, it also excels in price. At around a third of the cost of the other tables, it certainly represents good value. Sure it’s not the most exciting to use and runs on batteries, but it does look better than most and features air power which is a little unexpected for such a tiny air hockey table.

If you want a mini air hockey game with full-size legs, the Hathaway Rapid Fire is a table you should consider. At a height of 28”, this table is perfectly elevated for air hockey games. It also features leg levelers so that you can be certain that you will always have a level playing surface.
Of course, the limitation is that while this table is more portable than full-size models, it pales compared to the tabletop versions. The legs are not designed to be removable, so you can’t store the Hathaway Rapid Fire under a bed or in a cupboard like you can with the tabletop tables.
While this is true, the Rapid Fire is certainly still a small air hockey table. It’s only the legs that really hinder its storage ability. The play surface measures 42” x 20”, approximately the same as the other mini air hockey tables on this list.
What distinguishes this model from the rest is its versatility: it only features multiple games. With the Rapid Fire, you can play soccer and hockey on top of air hockey, and all necessary accessories are included. That’s more fun for you and the rest of the family.
On top of this, it features dual scoring, which is a plus. Choose your preference between electronic or manual scoring. The manual scoring is hard to read from a distance as it uses a dial rather than an abacus score. Therefore we instead recommend using the digital counter. Just know that this runs on batteries, so you’ll need to keep it well-stocked.

As the final air hockey table of mini size, we have a tabletop model by EastPoint Sports. It measures 40” x 20” x 6”, meaning it has the same length and width as the Best Choice Products table, and its height is 2.5” shorter.
Its weight of 16 lb also places between the aforementioned tables. As such, the overall gameplay is similar, given that it features a blower. Portability levels are comparable as well. One thing to like about this model is that EastPoint Sports sells additional pucks and pushers separately.
Too often we hear customers complain about needing extra accessories that are not offered, forcing them to look to other brands, which may cause compatibility issues. So know that if you choose to purchase this table, there is always the option to buy extra pucks or pushers should the need ever arise.
Our only problem with this mini air hockey table is its appearance. EastPoint Sports plastered various logos across the side of the table, which we are not a fan of. It makes it look rather tacky. As a result, we think it’s one of the weakest tables on this list regarding aesthetics.
